1- As we strongly believe in preventative medicine, we do ask that you bring a stool sample to your pet’s annual appointment to check for intestinal parasites on an annual basis.

2- For new clients/patients, please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out our admission form and please bring all related paperwork from previous veterinary facilities (if applicable).

3- We are located immediately in front of the Centrepointe park, in a commercial plaza.

4- We appreciate a minimum of 24 hour notice if you are unable to attend the appointment, in order to better accommodate our clients with ill pets seeking emergency care. We thank you in advance!
